Worldwide shipping: We ship worldwide where carriers are available. If your country isn’t available at checkout, shipping isn’t currently supported there.
No P.O. boxes: Please use a physical address.
Processing: Orders usually process within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Delivery (after dispatch):
US/Canada: 7–14 business days
UK: 7–14 business days
Australia/New Zealand: 8–18 business days
Rest of world: 10–25 business days
Customs processing, remote areas, and peak seasons can extend delivery.
Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. Tracking can take 24–72 hours to start updating and may pause during international transit. If tracking hasn’t updated for 5+ business days, contact us and we’ll help.
Multiple tracking numbers: If your order includes more than one item (or a ritual set), it may ship in separate packages. You may receive more than one shipping confirmation email, each with its own tracking number. Packages can arrive 1–3 days apart.
Delivered but not received: If tracking shows “Delivered” but you don’t have it, check mailbox/parcel locker/reception, neighbors/household members, and safe places around the delivery location. If still not found, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery scan.
Missing items: Please report missing items within 7 days of delivery.
Customs/duties/taxes: Depending on your destination, duties/taxes may apply. These are set by local authorities and are typically not included unless checkout explicitly states otherwise.
12-month limited warranty: All Noélune devices include a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal intended use.
Not covered: Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage after delivery, drops/misuse/improper storage, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or issues caused by incompatible products/accessories that interfere with device function.
How to start a claim: Email us with your order number, a short description of the issue, a clear photo/video showing the problem, and your full shipping address. We may provide troubleshooting steps first to solve the issue quickly.
Replacement shipping: If approved, we typically cover the replacement shipment. Customers may be responsible for local duties/taxes if applicable. In some cases, we may request the original unit to be returned (return instructions provided).
Opened or used items: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used items are not returnable, including devices and consumable products.
Unopened (seal-intact) returns: If your item is unopened, unused, and seal-intact, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer
- A tracked return method is strongly recommended
- Return approval is required before sending (we provide the return address/instructions)
- Returns sent without approval may be refused
Damaged/defective/incorrect: If your order arrives damaged, defective on arrival, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photos of the item and packaging, and a short video for device issues (if relevant). We’ll review quickly and offer the best resolution (replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the case).
Refunds: If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method after confirmation. Processing time depends on your bank/payment provider.
Note: This policy is in addition to any rights you may have under local consumer protection law for faulty items.
